unsatisfactory service at Walnut Grove sandton left us dissatisfied and never to return. After ordering our meal mine came with crisps or a salad. I wanted the crisps, to me chips and crisps are the same thing. to my dismay when the bill arrived I was charged for the chips. When i told the waiter the meal came with the option and i need not pay for the chips, he said crisps are different to chips therefore I must pay. But then he did not explain himself properly and then I still was not offered the crisps or salad. After explaining this to the manager,he( the manager was very impolite towards us and made us feel like we were wrong. Not to mention the granadilla juice tasted fermented. I did not complain about that. This type of treatment sends patrons packing, never to return.
