Hi Management of Kaprinos
I took my son out for supper on Thursday 30 October 2014 i was looking forward to a lovely buffet meal,was i disappointed in the quality of the food i think if i went to Wembley i would have enjoyed myself more the ribs was burnt,curry was watery,the butter chicken tasted like it was made with custard,sushi was so disgusting it fell apart on my plate i had to wait almost 20 minutes for the Sushi chef?? to roll the sushi.Dessert oh don't get me started maple syrup tasted like perfume the ice cream was melted the taste was like powdered milk not sure if it was made on site the dessert in the the plastic containers pathetic?????? Service was poor Frank and the older guy was sitting around looking real bored......i can clearly see why the restaurant was so empty.................there was no feeling of welcome....it was almost like we were doing them a service......and whats the story of paying upfront...............Duh
