Visiting Cape Town from Joburg I was excited to get back to the true Melissa's after the Parkhurst branch failed expectations!

Visited on Tuesday morning for a coffee and light snack but left after 20 minutes... .had to beg to get service and was then never offered a menu! Table of 8 had just left and during our time there, staff failed to clear their table. Coffee and 1 cupcake failed to arrive after 20 minutes so sadly we left... only to discover that my chair was filthy and had stained my dress!

Sad as this was one of my favourite spots when I lived in Cape Town!
