Nice on Fourth

Nice on fourth definitely has the best breakfast in town. The food is always consistent and never disappoints. The waiters are friendly and very clued up, however the manager/owner is very rude - she lacks people skils, My husband and I had an incident there, where she spent about half an hour screaming at her kitchen staff and waiters, passing offensive slurs at them...I would like to enjoy my breakfast and tea in a peaceful environment not one that has just been made awkward by the "manager" not to mention how rude she was to these poor people. Last time we have breakfast there.
