The lady at the till was in such a rush to get me to pay and got annoyed with me. I rushed to pay and moved aside bit nobody was behind me. She then got on her cell phone and relaxed against the counter. The lady that brought menmy smoothie was aggressive and basically threw it at me. My smoothie was sour. I am an Osumo love normally and I am always buying from there. Such a pity that this happened. The staff need to smile and at least make you feel welcome. Not like they hate you.
