Redemption Burgers

The burgers here were okay. All the components you would expect was there, but it had some problems. Ratios: bread to meat to other toppings. Something was amiss. I suspect the first problem is there is too much of everything. Sauce: desperately needed a mayo/sauce/more cheese. Droog! The patty was well spiced but overcooked so it broke apart while eating it. The onon rings on the burger were excessive and not complimentary to the flavour combination. Just made it all oily. Lastly, the chips were undercooked. If you were looking for a secret gem of great burgers, this aint it.
