Restaurant Succulent by Chef Werner Snoek

We booked a stay at Mo & Rose at Soekershof without knowing that there was also a "star" restaurant in the park. We felt like Alice in Wonderland during the visit to restaurant Succulent: the welcome with champagne, the friendly and attentive service, the genuine interest of Werner, the design, the easy chairs and above all the view of the kitchen. There we saw chefs who clearly enjoyed their work, sometimes working together to make a plate as if it were a painting. But the most important thing is of course the taste of the food: professionals are at work here. The unusual but delicious combinations of texture, taste and color made for a true journey of discovery. And after we were also served the "star" breakfast the next morning - now with the fantastic view of the garden - but prepared with equal attention and love, I felt like I want to pinch myself to see if I'm dreaming!
