What an experience…WOW! When I first was introduced to Beluga, I thought it couldn’t get better. I have been a Beluga fan and regular client for months if not years. I even had my first Sushi experience there! - now I just cant get enough of it! When we heard Sevruga, Beluga’s sister restaurant was opening we all could not wait! We were fortunate enough to be invited to their opening night which I have to say, was truly fantastic. The place looked amazing, the vibe and ambiance electric and the food was world class. We have gone back for at least 4 more evenings since then and have found a consistently high standard of food and service. My recommendations, Duck duo, slow roasted chicken, slow braised lamb and kingclip.Congratulations to Steve and his crew and we wish you guys all the best for years to come.Its so disappointing to read some of the other reviews here. I wish you had the experience we did. Sorry for you!
