Saffron Restaurant at Umhlanga Ridge Coastlands Hotel

I visited the Restuarant on Thursday evening and although there is a large selection on the buffet , the quality of the food is not the best . The ambience and the setting is excellent , our waiter was over bearing ..... The selection of food was not impressive , had there been fewer dishes but of a higher quality it would have been better . I had grilled fish which was full of water and tasless , the desert selection was very limited , there seems to be more cake items which was of an inferior quality , no ice cream , I think they have compromised quality for quantity .
