The service needs a lot of attention - the table next to us were served with bread rolls when they sat down which my wife and I never got. I ordered the Platinum Platter. I asked our waitor about the langoustine as I wanted my wife to taste this. When the platter arrived the langoustine was absent and so was half a crab. I had ask the waitor for another crab which was quickly rectified, when a new complete crab was brought to me, I asked the manager why this was. My personal feelings when I go to a resturant is that when I should ask for food that I ordered it should all arrive together because between the chef and waitor there should have been some checks to make sure what's on the menu arrives on the platter before it reaches the customer. When I called the manager over to discuss this I was told he had advised the kitchen that a whole crab and not half a body and an arm should be served on platters. This by the way has nothing to do with me as I am a customer. I was also told the table next to me had the same problem and he had advised the kitchen that whole crabs must be served - we received our platter after that table received their food. So after being fed bull by the manager I brought up the langoustine which the manager said he would be happy to get it for us from the kitchen. Yes I wanted the langoustine after I ate a platter of seafood. But don't worry I was charged for the whole platter. My wife ordered a kola tonic and lemonade which I had to remind the waitor about because he was busy with other tables. Althrough our meal was finished our table was littered with sauses, glasses, servettes and plates from starters and mains.
