Rather than weaving a silly story of myself and garnishing my opinion with $10 words... Let’s keep it simple. I’m a Chef from NYC, I’ve worked in three Michelin star restaurants. Hopefully that qualifies this statement. There are only a handful of mentionable restaurants in Cape Town, Test Kitchen and the likes. Well, it’s now time to start mentioning SYN @ 47.
