Terrible experience: We booked a Valentines dinner 3 days prior, and had to pay a large deposit for a set 5 course meal. At the time of booking, I stated that my fiancé did not eat red meat or chicken, we were advised that a vegetarian option would be provided. On arrival, my fiancé was served meat dishes on two separate occasions, despite us telling the waiters multiple times. They would then just take her meat dish away, and leave me with a plate of food getting cold until they brought the veggie option 15 mins later. At one point a female chef came out to speak to us, at which we thought would be an apology. But instead she was highly rude, and left short of blaming us for the poor service due to our request for vegetarian (which we were promised 3 days earlier). After 2 hrs 20 mins we had still not received our mains, and had had enough. I asked the waiter if we could please settle what we had eaten and leave. At this, they called the female chef out again, who was even more rude and told us to 'pay and leave'. Which, still hungry, we did. Some of the worst service have had, and would not go back. Mistakes can be made, but sometimes all that is needed is a sincere apology. Sad ending to an excited couple on a Valentines Day dinner.
