Desserts saved the day...... My partner and I are both Banting. We went to the Banting Kitchen in January and he had an absolutely fantastic Oxtail main whilst I had a decent Lasagne. We returned last week for lunch with fellow Banting friends. it was a lovely day, and we sat outside. whilst small the outside area is comfortable with big luscious umbrellas. Service was a tad slow and the restaurant was not full. The two calamari main meals were really fantastic and the two rump steaks were average....and we can't understand why? This food comes from the same kitchen. HOWEVER, the saving grace were the desserts which were not only carb free, they were delicious. I had a hot cocolate pudding, oozing the chocolate part, and our guests had the cheesecake which had a really lovely texture and was super delicious.
