Worst experience in a long time. Started off great with the owner showing us the "kitchen" where you can book a group experience. Then showed and explained the different types of meat. From there it went South. When our (group of 4) steaks arrived, the waiters were completely clueless as to which steaks were which. They started playing "musical plates" with our steaks all the while the manager looking on from a distance. When we started becoming irate and called for the manager, he started defending his staff instead of apologizing and sorting out the problem. We ordered Bernaise sauce that tasted like pure vinegar, which we sent back with the manager after asking him to taste it himself. When our bill arrived, both sauces sent back were charged for. Never mind a complimentary something. What got to us most was that there was no recovery. Epic fail. We expected to have an evening filled with expert knowledge on meat and professional service. Obviously our expectations were too high.
