We went to the Millhouse Kitchen to celebrate an occasion. My partner had the pork belly pizza, which was delicious and crispy, as ordered. I decided on the lamb burger, which looked wonderful, but was overcooked and tasteless. When the waiter enquired, I showed him the burger, but said that I didn't want to wait while it was replaced. A moment later, the manager ("Skara") was at our table, very concerned and contrite. He said that he wanted us to be happy with our meal and would therefore like to replace the burger with their beef fillet. I accepted. This arrived a few minutes later, looking scrumptious. It tasted wonderful, accompanied by their Lourensford Shiraz. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding.
