Shocking bad service!!! We ordered 3 of the Beer tastings. 2 arrived after quite a long time. We waited for the 3rd one to arrive and after 20 min we enquired about the 3rd one and the waiter said they do not have enough glasses, sorry.
I cancelled my order and needless to say the remaining 2 orders were warm and were not consumed. I requested to speak to the manager and after 10 min he arrived (after I requested a second time to speak to him). I said I would like to bring the following to his attention merely to make him aware of the shortage of glasses for him to address in future and I was told that I must remember that they are busy and do not have enough glasses. Honestly poor communication skills and a general lack of enthusiasm.

Food arrived and I think that if someone orders ribs, that one should get more than 2 pieces, merely my opinion.
While we were having lunch they were busy with construction and plastering of walls.
We asked twice for tomato juice and once it arrived it did not have a cap on, but a piece of tin foil.
Next to us was a baby chair with an ashtray on it. Out waiters clothing was dirty, not ironed and had pen stains on the pocket.

I’ve taken photos of this and are more than willing to send this through.
This surely is an establishment that will not see me or my 4 guest ever again
