Gorgeous, innovative funky colonial environment with attentive and friendly local wait staff and perfect sibilant flavours in all the various courses combined to make a potentially difficult evening really lovely. I have enthused to so many people over this excellent new venue and I will certainly continue to do so. What a gem! As local living in Franschhoek, we are always on the lookout for a quality place that focuses on local, free range ingredients and has a passion for involving locals. The superior wooden dining tables carved in Pniel are luscious. All very well to visit Boschendal for a yummy picnic but this is in a league of magnificent deliciousness that you just have to savour.
