A group of us had lunch this afternoon, we had phoned earlier to make a booking, and after a tiny bit of a run around actually getting someone to take our booking , i must admit i was a bit worried. I loved the rustic, charming ambiance of the venue and the fact that it almost a secret hide away in the busiest part of town. My first compliment is that the whole facility just smelt nice :-). Our waitress, whose name i missed, was lovely and very friendly. The food was really scrumptious. I had the Beef Short Rib starters, and and Rare Beef Fillet for mains but ended up with vanilla ice cream for dessert and they had run out of Chocolate Mousse. That and the general confusion around drinks was the only down side of the afternoon. Next to try, the Day Spa :-) Happy customer, proud of myself for recommending a new venue , we will be back.
