Looking for a great burger? Rather find another spot.

5 of us went here tonight after they were relaunching their burger menu. R70 for a burger, and tonight you get a free drink. Unfortunately their burger tasted horrible. 4 out of 4 beef patties looked like compressed processed meat. They even give you a steak knife to cut this patty. Even Burger King makes a better processed patty.

We mentioned this to our waiter who got the manager over to our table. He apologized and after investigation stated that this was a learning curve for their kitchen as they messed it up.

He then says he'll make it up next time. I asked if this would then be on the house, but believed this was an unreasonable request as the burger was on special and stated that he was sorry I felt this way about their burgers.

If your patty is so horrible and we all complained about it, why on earth would I come back and pay for another one???

Woodcutters makes a good steak and have great ribs. Just stay away from their burgers.
