This place is a local's hidden gem! Excellent and affordable food. Located set back off the Camps Bay strip, upstairs inside the Sports Club. You will see me and my friends often. Really great place with great views to boot! Do yourselves a favour and go see.

Fantastic every time – even had a dance or two at the bar.
Fantastic every time - even had a dance (or two) at the bar!
Had lunch at the restaurant on Saturday -both the duck and fish were superb. They also have carafes of some decent wine which means we could try two new wines with our meal. We will be going back to try the springbok soon!
I had a pleasant Sunday lunch today.....caramelised red onion and goats cheese tart and the squid tentacle bruschetta starter, both were good, followed by pork belly (the highlight for me - better than I had at Bread & Wine in Franschhoek!) on a bed of mushroom risotto. I am not a fan of food on a bed on risotto as I am a traditionalist, (risotto stands up on its own) but I couldnt really fault it. Hubby had slow braised lamb shank which was good enough - tender & packed with lots of lovely veggies in a tomato sauce. No space for dessert - the portions were very generous! Two glasses of lovely Cape Point Vineyards Sauvigon Blanc (my new favourite SB) to went down well. Im off to work tonight with a full belly and and very satisfied!
