Really really slow service. The food is good but pricey. Best go when there is a sushi special

Really great location, but the service is slow and will not say the food matches the cost...unless you do the sushi special.

After the first disappointing experience at Bon Amis, where we waited 15min to be served by a waiter so we ended up leaving, I never wanted to return. Unfortunately, I had to attend a function there again last week. So so so so unprofessional, zero service and disappointing food. We deliberately placed a food order when we arrived, but after two hours the food had not arrived. The manager came over with such a bad attitude and was mopping how he is sorry but the chef made a mistake. Like really! What do you get paid to do? Definitely not managing staff. Then he wanted us to wait another 20min for our order. Come on! To make things worse we waited another 10min for the bill after chasing and shouting at the waiter and manager. I will never return or recommend Bon Amis. It is quite sad since the restuarant is beatiful and I am sure the owner does not even know the extent of the chaos.

Great food and fun eviroment for the kids and family's in general ! Pork belly and stroganoff WOW !!! Will definitely be back for those two dishes.... well done...
