Owner's description

Slick and chic; this bar has style. Cool your heels with an Italian aperitif and then move onto the comprehensive wine list. There’s also an extensive collection of fine whiskies, and a range of mighty fine cigars to boot.

Bottega is one of my favourite hidden gems in Johannesburg. All the food is prepared and cooked to absolute perfection, the servers are friendly and accommodating and the ambiance is romantic and intimate. I look forward to indulging in new specials each and every time I eat there. Lastly, this delectable dining spot is a must for any whiskey lovers. Can’t wait to return this weekend!
Definitely some of the best food in Johannesburg. It's really worthwhile making a pilgrimage to parkhurst to savour all they have on the menu. Good wine list and a veal limone to swoon over. And an apple crumble that beats anything I have eaten in the Cape.
What lovely food on a chilly Jozi evening. Rich, hearty, tasty and full of flavour. I had the prawn pasta and loved it. One of my favourite spots in Jozi for yummy food.

A fantastic evening. Will certainly go again.

Had a fantastic evening, good food, fantastic service. Highly recommended. Only drawback is tables are a bit too close.
