User reviews

  • I am currently holidays with my Nephew in Cape town. We felt like having some Indian food and went to Bukhara in the waterfront (found the restaurant after a long time). The waiter asked us if we would like to sit outside or inside. As my nephew wasn't well we opted for inside. After a few mins the chef (or whoever he is) asked us if some waiter gave us this table or we just sat on our own. We said that the waiter had helped with this table. Then we give our order to this guy and then he comes back again and says that the table is booked and that we need to finish our food in 45 mins or you can use the table outside. So we said it's fine we will go outside. As soon as we sat the earlier waiter comes and says this table is booked. I told him that now I am here so I have booked it. The waiter was not happy with me and did not come to me again to check if I needed anything nor did any person from their restaurant bothered to come to us. We wait for about 20 mins and then realised that nobody is going to help us and we had to go to another restaurant to eat. Very horrible service... the people working out there don't know which tables are booked which are not... looks like they just wanted to pass their day... and if they are in a mood to work they will try to service some clients...
