I ate at a lot of fast food restaurant. . But not one can come close to BURGER KING it is the best in the world.. drinks are nice and cheap !! Burgers lovely and makes me full bonus point !!!! The meat of the patty is so juicy :) . ,, chips are crunchy on outside but on inside nice and fluffy. . No one can beat you guys .. the rows were long to taste BURGER KING for the first time .. and its still long because your food is the best!!!!! Best an friendliest service I have ever gotten ♡♥ and you don't even wait long for your food more bonus points :) BURGER KING IS MY #1 FAST FOOD RESTAURANT WHOOOOOO LOVE IT AND IF I HAD THE MONEY I WOULD EAT IT EVERY DAY AND WONT GET SICK OF IT BECAUSE IT IS WONDERFULL

As I read the previous reviews, I have to say that I do not agree with the others. I have experienced a lot of fast food restaurant in the past and have to say Burger King’s burgers is so much better than all of the others. They do not come near on what Buger King provides to the public.

My first time i ate Buger King Burger's was in Cape Town in Cape Gate Branch. Yes we have waited quite a while for someone to help us, but it’s especially a good thing because then you can decide on what to order. I had the “Chilli Cheese Burger” I have to say that the Pattie is just so much better than all of the other fast food outlets.
The service, the staff, and the quality is just exceptional. I will recommend it Burger King to everyone. Can’t wait for my next visit at Burger King again

For the first time me and my boyfriend went to burger king to try out the new restuarant ... When we got there it was very busy we waited 20 mins to order we were confused on what to order... When we got to the ccashier to place our order we wanted to try out the new burger king but thwy said they only have beef ine amd cant change it to ckicken first of all that was a dissapointment.. We finally ordered long chicken.. The food was fast when we started eating the long chicken is such bad tasye no onion or tomato nothing except mayonaise a little lettuce and chicken that chicken was so oily and not of a great taste.. We were very angry and dissapoimted.. The crisp was oily and very salty and hard not like A real crisp should taste like.. Then we took chicken wings very bad too they keep the skin on and the taste of the chocken wing is not close to be chicken it gives a very bad taste.. For first comers that food we tried was very bad and dissapointing not worth value for money... If you look for real food real burger 100%beef or chixken,then STEERS IS THE BEST PLACE TO EAT REALL FOOD REAL BURGER.. BURGER KING HAS NO VALUE FOR MOMEY AND THE FOOD IS NOT AT ALL AS EXPECTED OR UP TO STANDARD... !!!I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE RATHER GO TO STEERS... INFACT THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS I KNOW SHALL NOT GO TO BURGER KING... WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY THAT WAS... I REGRET EVERY MOMENT...

On the eve of 2014/04/16 i attended a music concert @ Good Hope Centre.Because of the rush to get good seats and parking @ this concert we could not have supper @ home.We discussed and planned to go to Mcdonnalds afterwards but to our dismay we found them closed.my friend suggested BURGER KING.This was my first visit to this restaurant and i was quite excited to visit it.My wife and friend ordered the meduim burger meal and i decided on the King burger meal as i was very hungry!Upon recieving our food i found the burgers to be very small and my KING BURGER not being different in any way.I made my way down back to the counter from upstairs to querry this.The young lady was was very kind in explaining that its not the burger thats "upsized" but only the chips and cup for cooldrink.I then noticed that the chips eas a standard portion and that my cooldrink cup was the same size like the other two people accompanying me.I didn't make much of this as the drink was bottomless and i could have as much as i would like.We continued our meal in the upstairs section.The burgers was very small and i was still hungry after consuming it.At this junction NOBODY approached us on anything or telling us that the store has closed.
When we returned to the counter we were dissapointingly told that they are not able to assist us with dessert as the tills were already cashed up!This upset me very much as NOBODY approached us to tell us this prior to them cashing up.I was greatly dissapointed because being in the store i expected to be seen to,served and treated like a customer that is not done ordering yet.I spoke to the Store manager and posed the following questions to him:

1.What is your area managers nr?
His reply:His not avaiable.
2.Does he have a contact nr as i would like to lay a complaint
You can give me your nr,as it will come back me
3.How do you contact him if you have a store problem?
Sir you are not litening to me,he's not available
4.Is it your policy to cash up your tills whilst there's customer still in the store?
Sir,i want help you.What is it that you want to order?


The store manager refused to hand me the area Manager's nr.Is this protocol?
They cashed up while i wss still in the store.Is this protocol?

I will be hunting for the area managers phone nr today to lay a formal complaint against this store.
This was my LAST VISIT to this store!!

So today i decided to give burger king a try despite my preconceptions about it being a dull mirror image of what i had in the US and UK because of the lack of variety in comparison. Previously i said because of the halaal thing it would land up being another "mcdonalds" and maybe it was the huge amount of traffic since the opening but i fear i was right. Whopper tasted like a Quarter pounder delux, boilt patty Next to NO flame grilled flavour or char marks. My friends chilli cheese had 2 pieces of jalapeno(hardly spicey), his gf ordered crispy chicken and it was soggy, the onion rings had NO onions in them. The chips were soft and stale like... The Chicken wings were really good but thats about it. (centurion branch)
