Built around a yellow 1980 Bedford bus, this new restaurant will serve up wood-fired pizzas, burgers, salads and waffles. Think The Conductor, a burger with two wood-fired patties and smoked mozzarella, and The Magic Forest, a thin-based mushroom pizza. To drink, there will be craft beer, and wine from Welmoed, Stellenbosch Vineyards and Arniston Bay Infusions, a fruit-infused wine blend. Outdoor seating includes refurbished bus chairs and bus-shelter inspired booths spread out on the grass.
