Café Frank serves up healthy breakfasts and wholesome lunches. Breakfast options include everything from dark chocolate muffins to fig and cranberry granola with Bulgarian yoghurt and lavender honey. For lunch, choose from the daily selection of interesting salads, try a sandwich or piadina (Italian flatbread) or a serving of the signature roast chicken. Formerly known as Rotisserie 360, the restaurant recently expanded to offer an inside seating area with long tables. The shop is fully licensed and also has a off-con license so wine can be sold for take-away. Also, because of this wine is charged at liquor store price, even if you drink it in the restaurant.
One of Cape Town's little food gems. Small, friendly, yummy food, healthy options and good coffee.
Good, wholesome fare, delicious juices, intense coffee and great location.
I like Cafe Frank. It has an accidental twin in Cologne, Germany and started as an exquisite French type chicken shack. It's a woman-owned business with beautiful staff. You can hang out at two long oak tables and chat to strangers seated next to you over your mozzarella rocket or trout and caper sandwich on very thin bread. Or you come with your girl friend and chat over a great cup of coffee. Then there is a counter to take things home, or in a picnic box to the sunset at the beach. Cafe Frank thinks a lot about how to make her customers happy, and you can feel and taste it.
The very greatest lunch place in Cape Town. And barrista. And baker.
Love the coffee! The perfect little spot for a Saturday morning brunch - croissants are delish!
Love the coffee (and the vibe- great music!). My favourite spot for a healthy salady lunch - and the peri peri's great too!
I ordered a croissant with jam, no cheese. I was served a squished croissant and told if I wasn't happy I could wait 20 minutes for a new one! so I accepted the croissant and later when the bill came I was charged R32! I queried it as on the menu a plain croissant is R12 so jam can't be R20! They changed the price to R 25 with a sullen look! Bad service, overpriced and will not be returning!
I ordered a croissant with jam no cheese... And was brought a squished one but accepted it. Later the bill charged me R32 which is a complete rip-off! I looked at the menu and saw that it was R12 for a plain croissant, so why is jam R20? They reduced my bill to R25 with a sullen look! Bad service! Over-priced and won't be returning!
Bought a granola and chocolate muffin at 16h00 Wednesday 7 November. Inedible, tasteless and gooey - not too much joy from the guy I spoke to. Real pity.
Absolutely delicious - everything. It's wholesome, healthy, beautiful food and the staff are great. Best coffee in town.
Best granola ever! Crave it and get my twice-weekly fix! Birchers museli also brilliant. All their food is fresh and wholesome. Staff friendly and knowledgable.
Really great - good coffee, good price and good selection. Not too much to choose from - that is the plus.
Rotisserie 360 offers consistently high-quality, healthy, well-priced and generous meals for pavement eating, takeaway and delivery to one's office at the upper end of town.
Brilliant breakfasts, fast friendly service. Best granola and coffee for R25 is a steal!
A great little hole in the wall on Bree! Concept - grilled chicken, and a very yummy one. Menu now actually includes a little more like sandwiches, salads etc. But grilled chicken is the foundation. Perfect lunch spot, but I can recommend to buy a chicken to take home for dinner. And you must have their own peri peri sauce - best in town. Only thing is that the chicken portions are a little small, and coffee is better across the street.
