Food
Chocolate et café offers a small, but delicious breakfast and lunch menu items with all the food beautifully presented. The French toast with caramelised bacon and strawberries is perfect for breakfast. For something slightly more filling for breakfast try the Tartine al’ omelette, an omelette inside ciabatta with bacon, peppers and cheese. For a cosy lunch out in the garden try the savoury waffle served with bacon, sweet corn and poached eggs or a light salad with Camembert, Parma ham and peaches. The chef’s weekly special of what is available, fresh and seasonal is also on offer as an option.
The café offers freshly baked cakes, fruit pies and biscuits, with the cake selection changing daily.

Drinks
Chocolat et café offers a select hot and cold beverages. Their assortment of herb, fruit and black teas is both interesting and delicious to sample with favourites like the hibiscus tea being featured. The coffee in a cone is a real treat for any coffee lover and the chocolate shots are memorable. Their fruit granitas, smoothies and cold pressed juices are also worth a try. The coffee shop does not have a liquor license but patrons are welcome to bring their own bottles.

Service
The service is good and efficient. The waiters are well versed on the menu and can make good recommendations

Ambience
Set in a park like space with a small pot plat garden, chocolat et café is perfect for group and family outings with children. The brightly coloured cushions and chairs create a relaxed and fun ambience, perfect for lounging in the sun enjoying a relaxed environment and sipping on some fruit tea and cake.
