This is an amazing restaurant. My favourite in Jeffrey's Bay, by far. The food is always fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The menu has great variety too.

Homely, inexpensive, attentive service, friendly staff, love the owners, great wine list and the most stunning views of the sea and surf from their deck. A meal at De Viswijf always feel like a special occasion - a must do whenever in JBay.

What a nice experience! It is difficult to fault anything at this award-winning restaurant. It is easy to see why people keep going back. Although the food is excellent (and well priced) it is the entire experience that impresses - from the decor, to the seaviews, to the friendliness (the owners wife has the most delightful laugh!), to the wines (the owner is a wine fundi), pleasant service, etc.Bless them all.
