The heartbeat of the hotel must be the Panorama Restaurant, specialising in traditional cuisine with a variety of seafood complemented by a carefully selected wine list. Breads, cakes and pastries are freshly baked daily and are best enjoyed with a cup of coffee on the restaurants veranda overlooking the lagoon.
