The Giba Cafe is a feel-good food outlet offering a selection of delicious breakfasts, salads, pastas, pizzas and cakes, while the Giba Conference Facility provides the ultimate environment for free-flowing creativity. From the organic foods and coffees, to the freshly extracted fruit and vegetable juices, and to the free range eggs being cooked on gas produced by the new biogas digester, Giba Cafe provides a guilt free way to relax.A selection of affordable wines are available, each with something distinctive to offer from some of South Africas better and well known Estates. Or try a Robsons Beer from the Shongweni Brewery, which is just a little more than a cycle away.
What a disgrace of a Cafe. Arguing staff who just ignore you. Had to get up and go to the counter for service and still ignored us and they continued their argument right in front of me. My husband then went to the counter and he experienced the same. Only 2 tables were occupied so not even busy. Also what a cheek for people who are merely having breakfast to have to pay R10,00 pp entry when not using their facilities for riding etc.
We ended up walking out and still no reaction from the staff. Certainly will not support a venue that doesn't care about their customers who are their "bread and butter" to survive in this very competitive industry.
What a wonderful place to enjoy yourself with family and friends on weekends!
