Owner's description
Their Head Chef Garth, with his acute sense of taste and flavour offers quality Italian food with a twist for the South African palette. Their wine selection is growing every day and it is their aim to marry good food with equally good wine. The Italian Kitchen also provides a private 14 seater dining room for business/ lunch meetings, private dinner parties or Bambino Pizza Lunch parties ( make your own bambino pizza ) An outside area is available.

Pasta's are quite rich and creamy. Pizza's are thin based and very flavorsome. Often very busy, so service is average.

If you are going to have such a dirty kitchen at least you shouldn't put a glass for your clients to see inside... That was the most tasteless pasta I've ever tried... Not returning there even if you pay me.

Had dinner at Italian Kitchen last night and have to say, I just love this place! Great atmosphere, the food is consistently good and the service friendly and attentive. The owner is always there ensuring that things run smoothly and is extremely friendly and hands-on (setting a great example for his staff). I'm so happy to have found this little gem in Southern Suburbs and look forward to my next visit!
