Jerry's has brought the burger to town. Situated in Gardens, this is the second addition to Jerry's Burger Bar. Still serving the same delicious menu with a variety of burgers to choose from like the double cheese smash, drunken chicken and more.

  • Have just had lunch at Jerrys and am hugely disappointed. My burger Pattie was ice cold. I asked one of the other waiters for assistance as my waitress was not available. I asked her to warm the Patti

  • We enjoyed having our lunch outside even though it was winter. The overhead heaters kept us warm while we sipped away on Castle drafts. The steak burger accompanied with sweet potato chips was divine. The best burger I had in a while!

  • I absolutely love the burgers at Jerry's Burger Bar (Gardens). Most often a toss up between the Philly steak burger & the Sweet Baby Cheesus. Always delicious. Always great service. And don't forget the cheese balls starter...

  • Went to Jerry's on 02/06/17, for the very first time. I ordered a burger, and it was extremely undercooked, red/pink on the inside and soggy. I showed it to the waitress who then sent it back to the kitchen where it was just placed on the grilled again to cook further. It was a Lucy Glutton burger, and when returned to me, all the cheese filling in the centre was gone, which must have run out when it was placed on the grill again. Upon inspecting the burger once it was returned to me I found that it was still very undercooked. I certainly won't find myself eating at Jerry's again as the unpleasant experience I had with my meal is not something I want to experience again, as well as the insincere apology I received.

  • Went to Jerry's on a quiet Tuesday. Food was mostly tasty, except the Avo was brown and old. Service was terrible - took 20min to get the bill and another 10min for the card machine.

  • Great vibe listening to old tunes and enjoying an awesome burger. The Popper bombs are to die for. No better place to enjoy a good burger and a cold beer from the tap

  • Delicious burgers! Patties made with 100% good quality meat. Friendly, attentive & efficient service from waitrons. Manager very hands on, checking on customers and keeping things running smoothly. We had Sunday lunch. Nice mix of families with kids, young adults & older groups. Caters for everyone. One request in our group was for more variety on dessert menu. MaMaybe something freshly baked daily like a cheesecake.

  • Made a reservation to go to Jerry's for a friend's birthday, but unfortunately we did not receive the welcome that one would expect from a restaurant host upon arrival. We arrived ten minutes late and were rudely reprimanded for being late and curtly advised that if we were three more minutes late, that we would have lost our table. Despite the fact that we apologised and advised him that it was our friend's birthday, he did not as much as smile as we were shunted to our table. The waitress then proceeded to flop menus down on our table without as much as a hello. The rest of the evening we had to put up with a waitress that refused to make eye contact, did not pour the wine, but simply put it down on the table, never enquiring as to whether we were happy with the food and that was just generally unpleasant. Despite the fact that the burgers were not bad, I doubt that any of us will be hurrying back to Jerry's for another dose of rude, ungracious service.

  • All that I want and need from a burger joint! The burgers are PHENOMENAL. Yesterday's visit included the incredible Sweet Baby Cheeses – a perfect beef patty, slathered with three types of cheeses. So delicious!

  • Went to Jerry's for my 4th time this past weekend and I must say that the food is still top notch! Juicy burger and awesome fries, I also tried sriracha for the first time ever at Jerry's and I must say that its fast becoming one of my favourite hot sauces. The only down side must be that the service is a little slow, restaurant wasn't fully packed and it took them a little longer than expected to take our order, but I can easily overlook that for the amazing food they serve.

  • Park Street is now really losing it's cosy appeal. And with the addition of Jerry's Burgers, it can only go down from here. The entrepreneurs of this establishment should by now be seasoned enough to know their limits - and Obs is it! Jerry's works in Obs... as Obs is hardly the epicenter of dining and hospitality in Cpt. But then to think they have what it takes as restaurateurs to take on Kloof is beyond me. Clean up guys - or get out - you're bringing down the area!

  • Great night at Jerry's last night! We started with ribs and cheese bombs, which are, er, the bomb! Can you really go wrong with fried cheese balls? Portions are very generous - rib starter is, I thought, unnecessarily served with chips and could be a meal on its own. The little ribs themselves are fall-of-the-bone, lip-smacking good. We followed with burgers of course - our table had the Cheapskate, the Jerry and the After Burner - all right on the money. I was a bit worried that the burger would be a thick, dense patty (after reading that they don't put ANYTHING except beef into their burgers - no egg, no breadcrumbs etc), but it was anything but, with the perfect patty-to-bun ratio! The service was very friendly and well-timed in terms of food coming out of the kitchen, but drinks service was a bit on the patchy side - our wine only arrived after our starters (and only after we'd asked for it twice).

  • A new addition to Park roads already vibey energy. Loved the load back appeal of the place. The burgers were delicious!
