Worse experience . Waiting now an hour and a half for food. Waiter dont even come to table. Been here for 2 hours and have to call for a waiter. No service. Dont come here when it is busy. You will be ignored by staff.

Piatto in Stoneridge is always a pleasure to visit. Their menu is diverse with quite a few original dishes on offer, their prices are reasonable for the excellent quality they provide. On Sunday I had the vegetarian giant (really large) mushroom with a thick tomato gravy, spinach and feta. It was was cooked to perfection. Their french toast with bacon is also delicious. The service is consistently good no matter how busy they are which makes a difference.

The food was disgusting. We returned our snails starter which was made with snails that were off. I ordered a medium rump with eggs and chips. The steak was burnt and tasted terrible. The desserts were chocolate moose which was not fluffy at all and tasted bitter. The ice cream ordered was meant to be ice cream with bar one sauce. The ice cream wasn't even creamy and the sauce was definitely not bar one sauce. They are compromising quality. Useless chef.
