Owner's description

We're mad about coffee at Savior Café. We got into the coffee business quite by accident some years ago when we opened our leather studio in the Station Drive Precinct. Since our journey down the rabbit hole started we have made many, many friends and even more conversations over an espresso, cappuccino, latte or flat white... and we look forward to many more.

We love the diversity that 3rd wave coffee brings and we try and glean as much information as we can from the brave baristas that are pushing the envelope to new discoveries. That said, our cafe blend consists of a traditional 5-origin blend of hand selected coffees roasted to a full City Roast profile.You can expect a light chocolaty flavour, that is well balanced, with a rounded smooth aftertaste with little or no acidity.
