An extremely disappointing experience. The food had taken more than 2 hours to prepare, by the time our meals arrived we were ready to leave. Worst birthday party. Please do something about the chef as his attitude was just as bad as the food.

Inspired by legendary American singer and actor Frank Sinatra, Sinatra’s Restaurant combines traditional and modern adaptations of classic Italian cuisine. The iconic images of ol’ blue eyes, combined with a rare catalogue of classic Sinatra tunes and songs from his famous Rat Pack friends, add to the unique feel of the restaurant. Emphasising a seasonal approach to signature flavours and dishes, the extensive menu gives all guests a real taste of Italy. There’s a selection of starters, both hot and cold, including sautéed spinach and ricotta agnalotti, and various antipasti dishes. The main dishes range from wild mushroom tagliatelle, grilled lamb rump and fillet to seafood specialities. Desserts include wild berries and amaretto zabaglione and hot chocolate tart with raspberries.
