The signature menu also includes tacos – either fish or mince – with salsa, while the Upper East salmon bagel is substantial – a genuine bagel with thick hunks of lightly cured salmon trout accompanied by cream cheese, cucumber, red onion as well as sides of crisp coleslaw and kettle-fried chips.
