My name is Piers Proctor and am the owner of The Local Kitchen Co , Bryanston. We are a local restaurant who have been serving the Bryanston community for over 9 years. Many of our waiters have been with us for these years and are now facing a terrible few months due to the Covid lockdown.
We are raising funds for our fantastic waiters. Many of our customers have fantastic relationships and friendships with these waiters. Nola , Godfrey, Knox , Zanele, Mbono, Bright and Kenneth are all characters in their own right and help make the Local Kitchen dining experience a great one.
