Werner's has a reputation for good food, so on seeing a friend off at the airport we decided to go for a meal. Our waiter was attentive and made us feel comfortable, we ordered our meals. After waiting 30 minutes he was sent by the manager to inform us that there were no pork chops, unfortunate, as we'd been waiting some time already, we commented that the waiter had to take the flack when the manager should have let us know. We ordered and ate our meals, we were disappointed especially as my meal was cold. On arriving home both of us have spent last night and today with upset stomachs after our meals last night. Unfortunately we won't be going back too quickly.

I tried to book a table here on Sunday for a birthday lunch. I was received with so much aggression!! The male manager and what I assume is a receptionist/booking lady were utterly rude in front of my 7 year old!! Pathetic, pathetic customer service!! I was told by the manager "I've been running around the whole morning, I cannot help you right now" All I wanted was to book a table and eat!! Just eat! I will never, ever recommend this horrible place with rude management to anyone!! Serving hot food with cold hearts!!!

Last night we came to visit for the first time, hopefully not the last. One of those serendipity moments (an amazing discovery!)
