Where to celebrate Valentine’s 2021 in Cape Town and surrounds

Forget the box of chocolates – celebrate your love of food this Valentine’s Day at one of these Western Cape restaurants offering indulgent specials. 

The Conservatory at The Cellars-Hohenort (Constantia)

Enjoy a romantic stroll in the gardens before indulging in a picnic for two or a five-course lunch. The lunch includes options such as sesame seared yellowfin tuna, bone marrow crusted beef fillet and dark chocolate gateaux, while the picnic includes smoked fish pate, baked vegetable quiche, artisan cheese and scones. The five-course lunch costs R565 per person and can be enjoyed on 13 or 14 February while the picnic is on offer all weekend (12, 13 or 14 February) for R600 per basket for two. You can also take advantage of their Love Changes Everything special from 1 February to 31 March, which includes a two-night stay, a full English breakfast, a couple’s massage, a picnic and a romantic dinner.
