The current competition is still going on. By the end of last year, the 21 best young chefs from around the world were announced. Each finalist was then assigned a mentor chef from their regional jury. At the grand finale in June this year, all finalists will gather in Milan to compete for the S.Pellegrino Young Chef title in front of the panel of judges. So keep an eye out for the next round 🙂
