Agree with most of what you said, and on loose tea, we’ll agree to disagree. 🙂 We’ve been in the tea business for over a decade and just started a YouTube channel on tea. http://bit.ly/2lhN3kQ Quality of tea, quality of water (should be filtered), time, temp and space for the tea to move around in the water are key!
