We took the 8-courses menu with wine pairing. Every dish was delicious, refined and focused on the taste. The chef and his team respect each ingredient, and enhance it with an elaborate prepartion and superb Avondale (and other) wines. Definitely The new fine gastronomic address in the winelands !
