On Friday night we were turned away because they were full. It would have been a blessing if they turned us away Saturday night. We had a 8pm reservation as we had a family birthday. We eventually got seated at 8.45pm at a table with no silverware, it took us 45 minutes to get drinks. The waitress was beyond stressed. The manager was useless, he didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize. At 10.30pm our food arrived. It’s exhorbitantly expensive and everyone left hungry. When we complained to the manager he was less than interested. The only highlight was the outstanding band and beautiful restaurant decor! I wouldn’t waste my time going again!!!!!
