So much of it reflects what we try to create at Reverie Social Table every night: genuine service, food that follows the seasons, dishes meant to be shared, and a space where people feel comfortable and connected. Sustainability has always been a core value for us, from how we source ingredients to how we shape our menus, so we’re excited it is such a strong focus for South African dining. It’s meaningful to see a growing focus on warmth, storytelling, and the connection side of dining. It’s lovely to see that kind of dining being recognised as the future. Thanks for sharing!

It’s a nightmare trying to share dishes that only have 3 slices/portions/ etc.
We all know this is how chefs have been trained to plate classical but it is supremely annoying when they that two people are sharing, so make the portioning equal.
