At La Motte, seasonality is key and during winter they celebrate the Cape tradition of well-matured red wine and venison. The four-course meal will be prepared by Chef Eric Bulpitt and will be beautifully paired with exclusive older vintages from the Rupert Vinoteque on the estate, presented by Cellarmaster Edmund Terblanche.
