Very similar to the decadent chocolate biscuit cake. Any plain sweet biscuit can be used. Sometimes walnuts and even mini marshmallows are included! The combination of dark and semi sweet chocolate makes it decadent. So pleased to know that this was used in the Royal House. I make and sell this in my bakery every day.
