What a fun night out! Chef Su-yen is an energetic, warm and engaged host. As we arrived, we were treated like old friends. The ten-course (or maybe more!) meal was unique culinary journey of asian fusion food - with each dish more interesting and exciting than the last! From calamari crisps to crab claw in a creamy sauce, and waygyu beef to gin-lichi sorbet, the evening was sublime. I cannot wait to go back!
