I rarely write a bad review,but this was without a doubt the worst dining experience I have had in my life.The service is shockingly slow,even though the restaurant was half empty.Waiting 20 to 30 minutes for drinks as well as cutlery.I have no words for the quality of food, I had better food when I ate at the University canteen.Never again.

Horrible manager name Raymond working at this place. Very rude to customers in your face. Very slow drinks services. Not recommended with large groups. ALso they never pick up their phones so you can't book anyways.

Went to Billy g on the 22nd of December's we hadnt booked but fortunately we got a table despite the holiday season, waited at the door for quite sometime as it seems like the seating process took a while, finally we where attended to and the host or manager pointed a table to us by the wall as opposed to maybe walking us there cos I had to ask him twice which table was he pointing at, Myself and my partner sat down waited for atleast 15mins for a waiter or somebody to get us drinks before we started our dinner nobody showed untill we thought maybe lets juss eat maybe the waiter is a bit busy. Browsed the buffet then came bek and dished our starters stll no waiter, I had to get up and on my way to the barI bumped to a waiter who was juss standing by the corner and I asked him if maybe we were suppoesd to get our own drinks or wat,the guy looked confused and said it wasnt his table but he will get us drinks, service was poor plates were pilling up no one cleard we had to clean our cutlery for every coarse,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, food was bland state old and stale prawns overcooked the only thing we enjoyed was the ice cream it was the only fresh thing on that buffet. Hope they can improve cos the ambience was actually very nice despite all the let downs

Out of the places I've eaten,I've never come across a place where all the food tastes amazing. I have complaints just compliments to all the chefs and all the pple to prepared the food good job and continue to keep it up.I hope u all the success in the future. Will def be seeing you soon again.
