When in Hermanus, Char'd is definitely one restaurant you do not want to miss out on! The BEST, most DELICIOUS burger I have ever had :) Service is fantastic as well. All-in-all an absolutely wonderful experience, and I would gladly drive from G/Bay to Hermanus just to eat here :)

Owner's description
This is a steakhouse, wine bar and craft beer spot situated in the tourist town of Hermanus. Unlike the old school pubs one would usually find, Char'd has taken on a much more modern approach.

We were referred to this restaurant as having the best burgers. We were not disappointed. This was the best burger ever. Great ambience and excellent service. We did not have a booking, but was still made to feel welcome. We ended up eating at the bar - great experience. Loved the decor. Des (Somerset West)

I am in Hermanus for a work meeting and wanted to eat dinner somewhere next to the sea. So i stopped at Char'd in Hermanus where i ate an rib burger... it was AMAZING. Definately the BEST burger i've eaten since like ... FOREVER.. the staff is friendly and it was realy worth the time and cost. If there is one thing i know it is.... i know where i will be eating tomorrow...
