My Ciciliano pizza with extra salami had only 5 slices of salami , 2 slices of anchovie and 6 olives!! The base was soggy and the service non existent. I;ll never be back here!

Great service,Very Friendly & Vibey staff Yesterday we visited the place for the first time with my family just for a quick light meal ,we ended up having pizzas and salads as the waiter (Bhebhe) kindly suggested which turned out great, unexpectedly the food came out so quick just after a very nice craft beer he also offered , we will probably be back for the Morituri pizza it is for sure one of the best pizzas I ever had TRY IT!

As we live in the local area we regularly order pizzas from Colcacchio Mio Belvedere. We usually order over the phone and then pick them up on the way home from gym / work, etc. At the end of December and now in January we have had 2 instances of very poor service. On both occassions we ordered pizzas over the phone and were told that the pizzas would be ready for collection within 15 - 20 minutes. On both occassions we arrived and paid and were told that our pizzas would be ready shortly. And then on both occassions we were made to wait at least an hour. Never did anyone tell us to have a seat as the kitchen was busy and it would probably be a while (in which case we may have ordered a cooldrink whilst we waited). The restaurant is very narrow and standing at the counter / service area is quite uncomfortable with everyone shuffling past you. When the pizzas finally arrived, no one apologized for the wait. On the first occassion I actually informed the lady at the cash register that there had been a very long delay and she just looked at me. When I suggested that someone should apologize for the delay, she apologized in a very sarcastic fashion. I have ordered at this restaurant on at least 20 ocassions and I am very disappointed with this poor service. Even though the pizzas are delicious, to wait an hour is unacceptable if you were told to collect within 20 minutes. I suggest being honest with the customer about the waiting time, immediately informing the customer of the delay when they pay and then suggesting they take a seat and that they will be informed as soon as the pizza is ready. I hope this matter will be addressed.

Love the relaxed homely vibe of this Col'Cacchio! Very easy to enjoy the food and drinks a few times a week.
